Digital Workers (DW) are leveraged for optimizing IBM’s BTS delivery engagements. The scope includes deploying Digital Workforce solution in existing accounts as well as embedding in commercial solutioning for new deal (new account or renewal). A structured assessment approach is followed to plan Digital Workforce solution deployment in existing accounts. Digital Workforce Solution Guideline is used to solution Digital Workers in new deals.
