Overview

HR Admin is a work allocation Digital Worker which reviews and assigns HR tasks in a balanced way to available HR agents. This Digital Worker assigns open tickets based on employee availability and skillset to ensure that work goes to the right agent. In addition, the Digital Worker tracks the assignee and other fields such as due date, category and sub-category to ensure jobs get completed.

HR Admin also maintains a GDPR complaint log to Manager’s to ensure transparency.

Skills Description
HRAdmin.Data (Ticket) Extraction Extracts all open tickets created in Zendesk to be worked on by HR Team including hiring needs, terminations, promotions, payroll questions, etc.
HRAdmin.Auto Dispatch Automatically dispatch and allocate open tickets to each HR team member based on pre-configured rules (employee availability, skill sets, location)
HRAdmin.Notifications Notify team members as new tickets are assigned to them to be completed
HRAdmin.Log/Job Assignee Reporting Automatically generates and sends GDPR compliant log to appropriate manager as new jobs are added to employee’s queues
