The Digital Worker - Job Monitoring, that we have deployed for WAS Queue Depth monitoring and alerting for Maximo WAM at AEP is extremely helpful and resolved a long-standing issue of hung message queues due to data or system errors. Though intermittent but it used to take a lot of effort to clean up thousands of messages when it happens. The tool has also helped in identifying few underlying issues such as auto restart of JVMs in certain conditions etc that was unknown till now.

This is a great In Pilots!! I'm glad to see that Banorte DPMO is now being used to generate the project status report and UAT has been completed.

I know the implementation was very challenging and required a lot of effort and dedication from all the team that participated in order to make this happen.

This is the first digital worker in our LA region and for sure it will be a good example to implement digital workers in other accounts.
